When do Montreal bike paths officially open?
David, that depends. Most open April 1. A precious few are year-round (Maisonneuve).
It sure would be nice if the city was more flexible about this. The snow is gone and not coming back. The paths could be open now. I encourage you to contact 311 and/or your city councillor!
