Runners in the bike path

How about a joke.

How can you tell the difference between the sidewalk and the bike path?

Answer: all the runners are on the bike path.

This would be funny if it wasn't true.

Some of the bike paths are multi-use paths, such as along the Lachine Canal. What is more irritating are the trucks that park in the bike path.

we are referring to urban paths like cote-ste-catherine and de brebeuf etc where the bike path is beside a sidewalk.

How does one know if it's a multi-use path? e.g. the "des berges" path in Verdun/Lasalle

look for visible signage or separated bike-pedestrian path sections. And call your mayor and complain about runners on the bike path.
