Hi!
Thanks for the link to my blog. I've linked yours on Rouler à vélo. Hope the snake on the road didn't scared you too much !

Have a nice day,

Hello,

We are a group of 20 riders from the UK, Belgium and South Africa coming to Montreal to start a 1,600km ride to raise research money for a rare cancer.

Can anyone recommend a good South Shore bike shop (we are staying in Brossard near the Champlain Bridge) for last minute parts, tuning, repairs?

Also, If anyone is interested in riding with us on a warm-up ride on Sept. 22 or Sept. 23, please let us know. Would be great to have some local participation / input.

Thanks very much.

Bruce

the quebec magazine Velo Mag has a insert that lists bike shops by region. This list is also on their website.

they call it the "bottin des specialistes" and you search by region etc online":

We may getting Bixis in Melbourne. A contract was recently signed. But I found out there's a huge stumbling block. That's our compulsory helmet laws.

It's almost impossible to dispense a sterilized helmet along with a Bixi.

I got some candid discussion of the problem in this video.
